Baseline and Priority EEG

What if you knew what was happening in you and your child’s brain right now?

This knowledge can mean the difference between frustration, pain and lost time OR control, good health and peace. Well, now…

You can obtain this essential information right away with our Brain and Stress Diagnostic Panel!

Using an FDA-cleared qEEG with an ERP, we’ll take a map of your brain and get a benchmark of “normal” brain activity. Brainwave patterns can signal cognitive changes months or years before symptoms emerge.

By having a baseline and taking regular scans, practitioners can detect subtle shifts early, enabling preventive care that helps maintain cognitive vitality

Like having your blood pressure taken, our scans provide metrics that can help discover:

  • Traumatic brain injury (TBI) and track recovery;
  • Age-related cognitive performance;
  • Unique brainwave patterns and dominant frequencies; and
  • Improvements in cognitive function following treatments.

What is qEEG and ERP?

lumbar scan

qEEG stands for “Quantitative Electroencephalography.” This is a non-invasive test that records and analyzes your brain’s activity via a waveform known as ERP, or an “Event Related Potential,” and creates a map. (To read the specifics about how it uses algorithms to generate quantitative metrics, check out this link.)

The process takes away all the outside noise unrelated to your brain’s activity and focuses on the consistent electrical responses generated during the test.

How Does The Test Work?

You wear a comfortable cap on your head that has special electrodes attached to it. There are no needles involved. Your technician walks you through the process where you close and open your eyes, answer simple questions, respond to different stimuli, and/or conduct cognitive tasks. All you need to do is sit and relax to accurately collect the data.

Through auditory stimulation, we collect real-time data about your memory, attention, concentration, and processing speed.

Your brain’s electrical signals are recorded via the electrodes in the cap which are connected to a computer.

But don’t worry, it’s only reading the wavelengths… and can’t record your thoughts!

In 20 minutes or less, our non-invasive FDA cleared software and hardware solution establishes a baseline of your cognitive performance by measuring your brainwave patterns and response to stimuli.

When finished, specialized software compares your data to a database of other people your age with normal brain results to identify anything abnormal like under or overactive areas in the brain.

This data can show why you have symptoms like headaches, brain fog, memory loss, or slow reaction times and help your medical professional support the evaluation of various conditions like anxiety, depression, traumatic brain injury (TBI), epilepsy, ADHD and more.

As part of the testing process, you’ll also receive a stress assessment. This includes questionnaires, an interview and other measurements to evaluate your level of stress, recovery capacity and overall health.

You receive valuable insights into how your body’s regulatory systems function together to support optimal health.

Why Is A Brain Baseline Assessment Important?

lumbar scan

Did you know that…

“Nearly 6.9% of children aged 5–17 sustain at least one sports- or recreation-related traumatic brain injury annually, with higher rates (up to 7.9%) in children aged 10–12.” ScienceDirect

“Among youth football athletes aged 6–14, 5.9% sustained a concussion in a single season—more than 6 out of every 100 players.” Lippincott Journals

“Fatigue (up to 67%), headaches, drowsiness, and concentration difficulties are frequently noted in youth and child athletes—even before any injury.” PMCPubMed

“Youth football players (around 13 years old), despite no diagnosed concussions, exhibited significant delays (~70 ms) in cognitive processing (N400 latency) post-season—linked directly to cumulative head-impact exposure.” PubMed

“A multimodal, EEG-based “Concussion Index” demonstrated 86% accuracy (sensitivity 85.99%, specificity 70.78%) in identifying concussions and tracking return-to-play readiness among athletes aged 13–25.” American Academy of Neurology

Now Is The Time To Get a Brain Baseline Assessment!

  • Relax!
This is FDA-Cleared technology that has gone through detailed safety and performance standards.
  • Trust The Accuracy!
The test detects subtle changes in processing speed and neural connectivity, so you receive accurate results.
  • Obtain Personalized Results!
The tests capture your individual brainwave patterns to help differentiate true injury-related changes from baseline symptoms later.
  • Recover And To Return To The Field At The Right Time!
The validated Concussion Index looks past subjective symptom reports with clear data to improve recovery tracking.
  • Know What’s Really Going On In Your Brain!
The assessment tracks brain healing and new issues over time, especially as children’s brains mature.
